1. Booking & Payment
Book via the Website form, Instagram @photos.dianna, or email bydiana.net@gmail.com
20% non-refundable deposit to hold your date
Remaining balance due on or before session day (unless agreed otherwise)
Payments: cash, card, Zelle
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedule with 7+ days notice, subject to availability
Deposits non-refundable, may be applied to future sessions at our discretion
Cancellations less than 7 days may forfeit deposit
Illness, emergencies, or bad weather: rescheduling may be offered when possible
3. Travel & Extra Costs
Travel fees may apply outside Portland/Vancouver
Venue, permit, or location costs are client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Edited images via private online gallery, typical delivery: 2 weeks or by agreement
Clients receive a personal-use permission
Commercial use requires written permission
5. Copyright
All images remain our property
Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing unless client opts out in writing
6. Liability
We are not responsible for missed shots, reduced coverage, or image quality affected by weather, lighting, location, equipment, or client cooperation
Liability limited to the amount paid for the session
No guarantees on specific images, moments, or outcomes
